Bradley's Food Browning

Bradley Food Browning is the process of carmelising brown sugar, that when used in baking or placed on meats prior to cooking, gives a beautiful golden brown colour that projects a wholesome edible picture. When used in baking it gives a golden brown sheen that sometime requires no brushing of cakes or buns with egg-white to give that wonderful sheen.
