Dagwood Bark

The Dagwood Bark is harvested from the trunks of the Dagwood Tree, which is a very tough plant which grows mainly in the forested areas of the Island. The barks are dried again using solar energy, then cut into piecces of two to three inches in length, stored and ready for shipment.

The Dagwood Bark is used mainly as flavourings in the beverage industry.
