The
Hot Pepper Sauce is made with peppers that has been allowed to age between
nine and twelve months before use. The resoultant beautiful red colour
that it gives, is natural and after blending with the various Jamaican
Herbs and Spices before homogenizing, which gives a beautiful red product
that is consistent in it's viscosity.
